Brit founded GRIT Fitness in 2015 as a 30-year-old single woman with a $30K nest egg and a big dream. A former captain of Cornell's women's varsity basketball team and Harvard MBA, she grew GRIT from one small studio into Dallas' #1 women's fitness community. Today she's a proud wife and mom to three beautiful kids, passionate about modeling healthy habits for her family and the thousands of women she serves.
